This workshop will give you insights into the minds of investors. Surprising fact: Most investors don’t know how to evaluate your proposition. It’s a “gut feeling”!
The good news: we’ve seen hundreds of successful and unsuccessful presentations and listened to the best in the industry, so we know the key drivers. By understanding how investors look at your proposition, you’ll immediately understand where to concentrate your efforts. Being laser-focused on creating an impact using three key attributes will dramatically improve your success and reduce the time you spent playing around with words and numbers.
This is especially important in Sydney since the pool of investors is very small and they all talk to each other. Present in front of one investor and that reputation may go before you when you get to Seed.Money, Sydney Angels, or Innovation Bay. You only get one chance to pitch to an investor and first impressions count!
Bring pen, paper and laptop, since this is an interactive workshop where you’ll walk out with a list of ways to improve your next presentation.
