Today we will take you through a typical company timeline and highlight strategies to attract the people to help you at the right time. We will examine the team you’ll need to ensure success if you are going for a capital raise… whether by crowd-funding, business angels or venture capital. We will look at:
- The attributes of your team members.
- A strategy to attract the right people.
- The collateral that you’ll need to make that important first impression.
This knowledge will help build a team that will continue with you even if you pivot and/or abandon your current idea and follow another opportunity.
Bring pen, paper and laptop, since this is an interactive workshop where you’ll walk out with a list of ways to build your ideal team.
